Sterilizer stinks and is burnt or dirty on bottom of chamber |

Problem Description:

| 1. Please call us in business hours at 516-489-3855 ask for Tuttnauer expert. We need to make sure it is regular Tuttnauer E/EA sterilizer or EHS sterilizer. You submitted this question in the EHS (2540EHS and 3870EHS), but the Tuttnauer Cleaner is for E/EA. Please call us ASAP in business hours. Especially if it is an EHS sterilizer, you MUST stop running it now, and drain out all water from the pre-heating Jacket. A service needed! |
