Cycle error 3 |

Problem Description:
We are having a problem with our sterilizer. It will condition and get up to the proper temp, but immediately after this the cycle is terminated and a note saying cycle error 3 appears, we are not sure what this means and how to fix it. |
| Reasons |
| 1. Check for any steam leakage coming from the cassette area. Also check if the exhaust tube is continually exhausting steam. |

Solutions |
| 1. If there is leakage from the cassette, it most likely is from the seal. You can try using a mild dishwashing liquid soap to lubricate the seal to see if that helps any. Also check for any damage to both the top or bottom of the cassette. |
