sterilizer not working properly |

Problem Description:
We made a trade-in on our sterilizer approx 1 yr ago--timer is no longer working and sterilizer is not automatically moving forward. Today, it went through the process and now the water is all leaking out the bottom and the inside is full-after an hour of sterilizing---not sure what to do--maybe a replacement??? Thank you, Dawna |
