Problem Description:
Dear Sir, The before our customer had bought the a verticle sterilizer with model HV - 85 from Hirayama. Right now, it did not run so could you please help us to solve this matter. About the error, please see below for detail: When the machine was started , the machine runs normally, but when the temperature was reached 45- 50 degree celsius , the machine was stopped and did not run, the presure dial was not showed any thing, We do not undertand why is that. So could you please let us to know what to repare this one as soon as possible. Because , our customer have lost the technical documents , so could you please send us the electrical documents.
