Problem Description:
We have talked to Mike before about our situation-our sterilizer has a hole in the bottom and we end up with not all of the water evaporating during sterilization, so our instruments are wet, which causes rusting. We haven't had this sterilizer for very long and would like to have a replacement or at least have someone call us back to discuss our options. I have left numerous messages and the last thing I heard was that your building had burned. I am very sorry about that, but I would appreciate someone contacting us to let us know the status.
