Problem Title:
Sterlilizer M9 over heated and burned lower tray and insturments up |

Problem Description:
Hello, My M9 is 6 years old and last week in afternoon we smelled smoke and the M9 was on fire. We removed the tray and the paper was on fire and placed it in the sink with water. It destroyed $1000 insturment due to the extreme heat.What should I do since they are to last much longer?? Water was near full when the fire occured. Should I pay to have it fixed or just get a new one?? Ken |
