Problem Description:
I am working on a sterilizer modied by your company. The unit has solid-state relays sporting your company name, so I'm guessing you modified the unit. The device is powering on but will not heat up. The heat light does not turn on either, which, after examining schematics, indicates to me that one of the relays may be faulty. In addition, one of said relays is loosely connected to the passive heat sink on the back of the unit, so I feel it may have been damaged due to overheating.
