Reasons |
1. M7 sterilizer does not complete sterilization cycle properly the Pilot light on, but does not reach the required temperature / pressure for sterilization cycle 1) Flexible shaft out of work (which is used to set correct temp/pressure) 2) Temperature relay out of adjustment (recalibration needed) 3) Temperature relay is out of work 4) Heating element is out of work 5) Bellow close prematurely or stuck in open 6) pressure relief valve is malfunctioning, stuck open 7) Diaphragm cup is malfunctioning 8) Fill/Vent valve is leaking 9) Door gasket of door assembly is leaking 10) Some cracks in the chamber 11) Timer is out of work 12) Overheat thermostat activated 13) Tubing is clogged 14) Improper loading 15) If the above do not fix the problem, call technical service |
