| Reasons |
| 1. SCICAN Statim error code: 7 The cassette temperature has dropped 4C below a set point. If the cassette can be removed normally after venting: 1) Check for visible steam leaking from the cassette. If leaking, please replace cassette seal, lid or tray. 2) If no steam leaks are visible, check the solenoids 3) Check the check valve (one way) and the pressure relief valves no leaking. 4) If the above do not work, then call technical service If the cassette is hard to remove after venting (statim 2000 only) 1) Check for kinked or pinched exhaust tubing 2) Check for a clogged venturi in the left rear of the chassette tray clean as needed 3) Check and reassemble solenoid valve 4) Check the pwoer to solenoid. 5) If the above do not work properly, please call us |
