Problem Description:
M7 Sterilizer Temperature is NOT stable |
| Reasons |
| 1. When the machine is in the sterilizing, the temperature changes largely from 260-274 F degree. |
| 2. The problem is coming from the remaining Air inside the chamber. The less air remained inside the chamber, the more stable working temperature sterilizer machine will get. Normally this will make the safety valve working (over pressure) The good news is after the safety valve running for a while (which allows more air flowes out of chamber), the temperture will stay into smaller range. If the problem continue without improvement, you need to change the Bellow. |
| 3. Many M7 problems coming from its bellow. The M7 is pretty simple and reliable machine. However 2 parts, you need to pay more attentions on: 1) Bellow 2) Relay Sometimes the water leaking is a problem to this machine. |
