Tuttnauer 3870- leaks water underneath |

Problem Description:
We ran a cycle today, and when we came back from lunch, there was a 'Failure light' on the display panel, and lots of water all over the counter. We filled the reservoir back with water. This time, there was no 'Failure light' on the display panel, but again there was water all over the counter. The water seem to come from the back, right side, and about 3" from the back. We normally run the sterilizer twice a day. We have this sterilizer since 2004, and we never had such an issue before. |
