| 1. No power supply completely, normally is the easy trouble-shooting. If you make sure the problem is not from wall power supply and the main switch on the back of the sterilizer. Then it will be its electric problem. Mostly in this case, is some wire connection loose or the fuse broken. Take a look on the fuse on the main PCB board first, check its Ohm, to make is it is nearly 0 Ohm, if the fuse broken, replace it. |

| 1. If you make sure the problem is not form wall power and main switch, then you need a technician help to check its fuse on the PCB board first. It sounds some power supply connection is lost. Usually as soon as you find the position of power disconnection, wire loose or fuse broken, after fix that, your sterilizer should start to work well. |
