| Reasons |
| 1. A new Tuttnauer sterilizer 2340 EKAP, it is very slow during the exhausting cycle |
| 2. There are many possibliities to cause this problem, such as: the One Way Valve (for new module), the block in the piping system, the solenoid, the circuit boards, ... I first made a fast check of its solenoind magnetic (which means the control board are ok), it works. then check the piping works, then check one way valve ok, .. seems very thing works well. Then I disamount the solenoid. The spring of the solenoid is out of work. Fix this problem by replace the solenoid |
| 3. For the Tuttnauer E series machine, if any problem with Exhausting or other piping system, please think of Solenoind first. Most time, the problems are coming from Soleniods. There are 4 soleniods in the whole piping systems |
