Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Pelton & Crane
Model of Sterilizer:
Delta 10
Problem Title:
Pelton Crane Delta 10 Low H2O in chamber, intermittent problem
Problem Description:
Intermittent problem with getting "Low H2O in Chamber". Unit is a Delta 10 unit. We find that the door when closed is not as snug or tight as the indentical unit used by customer. Could this b caused by a very thin heat insolator (between actual door & Cover) on the outside of the door?

We are wondering if this insolator also serves as a spacer to provide a tighter lock on the door to the chamber.
Reasons
1. Do you see any steam came out of the door? which normally happened when the temperature was 190F ~ 220F. If lots of steam came out, then probably this H2O is caused by the reason. However, mostly H2O is caused by some other reasons.

Solutions

1. If lots of steam came out between 190F and 220F, then mostly your reason is correct. Otherwise, please visit the following URL DELTA 8, 10 H2O error reasons
