not completing cycle on prestige steam ster. |

this system was just sent back from your facility. Was sent over 2 months ago because it failed the biological tests and would not complete the cycle. received sat, nothing has changed. I obviously did not send out the test strip due to not completeing cycle |

| 1. Sorry to know about that. I do not fully understand 'failed the biological tests' here. Did the red failure light (on the end right side) on, or the machine failed to pass its spore testing. We did not find its red failure light on in our workshop. So I assume your problem is the machine failed to pass its spore testing. If this is the case, mostly the reason is that you have added too much load on each cycle. Prestige machine is fully automatic, it does not need customer to set up timer and temperature (time is fixed to 16 minutes sterilizing at 121C, about 252F).
