Problem Title:
Steam escapes from around cassette |

Problem Description:
Steam leaks out the front of the machine from all around the cassette. The casette and seal are ok because they work fine on other machine. As far as I can tell the exhaust vent is clear and there is no visible debris in the solenoid valve. I get a normal click when I put the cassette in. There is a collection of debris inside the machine as if there was once a small leak which has now become so large that the sterilising temperature can not be reached. How can I tell the solenoid valve and any other valves are working properly? What o you think it is? The machine has done over 13,000 cycles. Thanks |
