Problem Title:
Tuttenauer 2540M leaks steam during cycle near latch |

Problem Description:
Also won't reach operational temp or pressure. I replaced the thermostat but still doesn't heat fully. Pressure leak near latch. does not appear to be around gasket. Is there a way to test the bellows? |

| 1. I am confused. What kind of Tuttnaer sterilizer do you have? 2540M (manual sterilizer) or 2540EHS. For the EHS sterilizer, you can do a vacuum test, which will check all sealing, valves, solenoids, door gasket and bellow, ... etc. For the M series sterilizer (manual), no way to check the bellow leaking. Again, however, it seems to me that the problem is from the door bellow. Note: the above information is just for your reference ONLY. No warranty implied. |
