Problem Description:
Both of our units in the last week have been reading the E-30 error message and one unit eventually read E-31. If instuments are not taken out of unit right away, can this cause it to overheat? |

| 1. E30 is an overheat condition. E31 is an underheat condition. Have you had any power problems that may coincide with these errors? See solutions for priliminary troubleshooting. |

Solutions |
| 1. For E30 AND E31 ERRORS, verify that both fans are running. Unplug the sterilizer from AC power,remove the back panel and clean it of any dust buildup. |
