Timer Electrical Problems |

Problem Description:
When just turning the timer, the light comes on, then when advancing the timer, the light goes out. You can set the time but it does not count down, build pressure or temperature. The old timer was doing this and then now, a new timer that was just installed, is doing the same thing. Has anyone seen this problem before and what advise can I get to clear up this problem.
