Problem Title:
No clicking or holding when I put cassette in |

Problem Description:
When I try to put cassette into the Statim, it doesn't make click sound I should hear, and the cassette is not hold in place. What's the problem? |
| Reasons |
| 1. It could be a faulty switch or the probe that measures the temp inside the cassette was bent and is preventing the cassette from being fully inserted. |

Solutions |
| 1. Remove cassette and visually check for a bent probe in the back left hand side of the cassette well. If the probe is bent, you may be able to straighten the probe by using a wooded paint stirrer. |
