Problem Description:
We want to know why it's always water in the bottomo the cassette after the end of the cycle of stérilisation. We can't dry perfectly the instruments and we want to know if this problems can breake our scopes. |
| Reasons |
| 1. The filter may need to be replaced if wet or dirty. There are kinks in the exhaust tubing. The dry cycle may have been stopped before the cycle was finished.There may be a problem with the compressor. |

Solutions |
| 1. Replace filter if wet or dirty. Fix any kinks or replace exhaust tube if needeed. Let dry cycle run for complete cycle. Use stat-dri in cassette to improve drying. Remove exhaust tube from waste bottle during the drying cycle, imerse end of hose in a glass of water and observe for air bubbles. There should be a strong steady flow of air bubbles and if not, there is a problem with the compressor. |
