Program does not start |

Problem Description:
When system is turned ON the LCD only shows a line of black squares and it is not possible to do anything on it. The green LED "valve" (on the Main board) is always ON and the valve is supplied with 110V AC but no clicking is listened. The green LED Boiler is blincking and boiler is supplied with aprox. 30 VAC. It could be necessary to repace the board? If yes please let me know how much it is, or if there is any other test I can do. |
