Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Pelton & Crane
Model of Sterilizer:
OCM
Problem Title:
Pelton OCM water goes back into the reservoir
Problem Description:
We have been using the Pelton & Crane OCM sterilizer, and everything was working just fine. All of a sudden yesterday we ran a cycle, and we realized that the water went back into the reservoir, and the cycle didn't complete.

What should we do?
Reasons
1. Is this an original OCM or does it have auto-vent?
Reasons this may happen are:
1. Debris in the main valve or Bellows.
2. Bellows and or Bellows Housing needs to be replaced.
3. If auto-vent, solenoid may be bad or need cleaning.
