Solutions

1. Please give the Error code, which shows on the LED when the sterilizer failed.

First of all, you need to make sure no leak from the door gasekt.

There are many reasons for this problem. Mostly there is a leaking of the solenoid valve, which causes the water back to the reservoir. You can check it, when the sterilizer failed, you cannot hear any hot water flew back to the reservoir. If the solenoid is the reason, mostly there is a dirty deposit inside the solenoid, you can either clean the solenoid or replace it.

Sometime if the bellow will cause the leaking too, which allows too much water flew back to reservoir. Usually after the machine builds pressure, there will be a very slight steam condensed back to reservoir, not too much.

Does lots of steam condensed from the bottom of this sterilizer? If the safety valve is open, you can find many water on the table from the bottom of the sterilizer. In this case, either the safety valve is out of order, or the machine is out of calibration.

Again, please give us the Error code, then we can help you later. If you need help, please call us at 516-489-3855 ext 216 from 9:00AM - 5:00PM eastern time.
