why is this happening?

Solutions

1. 2 main reasons:
1) Your reservoir distilled water is contaminated. Please check the reservoir water, drain out all water. Refill with clean distilled water.
2) You have run this sterilizer for some devices, which have some rust material remaining inside the chamber
The above are the most popular reasons.
Solution:
1) Run Tuttnauer chamber brite again, then make sure to rinse the reservoir and chamber two times (1 time is not enough) to make sure the chamber is clean.
2) If the above way does not help, then probably you need to replace some components in its piping system, at least all the pipes, sometimes, you need to replace the water pump too.
