Sterilizer will not start. We have checked distilled h2o level. opened and closed door. Turned power off and on. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks |

| 1. You mentioned this is an Tuttnauer E sterilizer. Can you give us the year or serial number of this machine. I want to know this machine is auto fill (with an water pump, serial number ended with WP made since 1994), or old E sterilizer with gravity water filling function. It may be a very simple problem, if the machine cannot start it all. Check its fuse or the reset button for over heat protection on the backside. Check your wall power supply. Sorry, it is hard for us to guess without a test running. Does this machine have the Printer option on? If yes, please email us the print-out paper, it is very helpful for trouble-shooting. |
