Problem Description:
I have a classic 2100 Autoclave Sterilizer that I am having an issue with. I purchased in May 17, 2007 so I believe it is still under warantee. The issue is this: - We try to run the cycle, the water will not heat up, and it jumps from step 1 to the end of the cycle without completion. So, the implemenets are never sanitized, and we open it up to cold water. How do I fix this? |
