Temp & Pressure reached dangerously high, safty valve on & unit shut down. |

Started sterilizer at 20 to build pressure, both gauges(sterilizing & chamber went past green zone to extremly high and seems like safety valve went off and system shut down, turned it off immedietly. | 1. If this sterilizer has autovent, the TCR4C has gone bad and possibly the thermistor causing loss of control or a runaway condition of the temp. |
