Problem Description:
I turned on the sterilizer, it started to warm up. It got to 276 degrees then beeped and showed message E-31. After unplugging it and letting it cool down, then starting the process over again it still shows the same message. In the manual I can't find how to fix the problem. So how do I fix the problem??
