Problem Description:
Greetings, In my dental office we use a harvey ec3500. It is regularly failing the mail in spore test. We had Patterson service it and test it. Thay say it is working fine. However, I am concerned with the failing tests. Is this a common problem with this model? Is ther something else we should try and or be doing? Thanks for your help. Thomas M.
