autoclave not heating up properly |

Problem Description:
I am from a doctors office and have a Harvey Chemiclave 5000. The autoclave is not heating up properly and needs a possible good cleaning. I do not have an instruction manual for it. If you have any resources as to how I can get a manual it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You, Mary Jo |
