Problem Title:
Didn't display the normal finished cycle |

Problem Description:
My Lisa 17 completed a cycle last night but did not display the normal finished cycle screen and the door remains locked . The printer showed the load as sterile and the cycle complete. I attempted to open the door by starting another cycle and then cancelling it but when I try to start a new cycle the screen asks me to 'Close the door' which is a bit hard as it is already locked! Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated |

Solutions |
| 1. What you can do is go into the menu and open the door manually. Many times this is all it takes. If this does not solve the problem we need to take the housing off and look at the door mechanism. Sometimes through use the circuit board to the door loosens and or the bracket holding the motor. Once the housing is off have someone call and we can walk them through the procedure. |
