| 1. The machine fails soon after the fill cycle |
| 2. The machine fails soon after the filling cycle. The problem is there is no distilled water inside the Chamber. Check the solenoind first. It shows the solenoind working by check the magnetic on the solenoid. So the problem is the piping system is blocked. Open the solenoid, much dirty stuff coming out. Clean the solenoid completely. Run Tuttnauer Chambrite to clean the chamber and reservoir. There are much dirty stuff inside the Chamber. Completely remove all pipes, clean all pipes, re-install the pipe back, the machine works fine now. I highly suggest sterilizer owner to run Tuttnauer chamberite time by time. One week as a reference period. Tuttnauer chambrite is one of the best sterilizer cleaner for out-side Heating sterilizers, but it works for inner Heating sterilizers too. For inner heating sterilizers, make sure to rinse the machine by clean water 2 times. |
