Problem Description:
Unit turns on but produces no heat or insufficient heat |

| 1. Wall outlet power supply For 110V machine, the voltage should be 110V-125V; For 220V machine, the voltage should be 220V-235V |

Solutions |
| 1. Make sure have proper AC power supply |
| 2. Check the heating elements' ohm readings to make sure match their requirements. The following is an example for Tuttnauer 3870 machine. |
| 3. Check the SSR relay, to make sure it work properly. Make sure the DC between TP1 and TP12 on the Ajunc board is 0-1V for heaters ON and 3.5-5V for heaters OFF. Then check the heaters' AC voltage to make sure its valve properly when the SSR is ON/OFF status. Otherwise, replace the SSR |
