1. Check the Door Gasket for cracks or other signs of wear Check the Door Bellows for leaking, such as a puddling of water on the counter below the Closing Device or a wispping of steam by the Closing Device or a whistling, all while the autoclave is running a cycle. Check that the Door is closing properly and sealing the Chamber Check the fittings on any plumbing directly connected to the Chamber Inspect the Heating Elements for signs of rust that would indicate a leak in the Chamber. Open all the Solenoid Valves and inspect for any debris that may be causing the Plunger to stick. Also check for any deformities of the Plunger seat. |
