| 1. Make sure the paper is installed correctly Make sure the paper is thermal paper Make sure there are no scraps of paper stuck in the printer head Turn the unit off and unplug and replug in the printer cable Turn the power off, press and hold the FEED button on the printer and turn the power back on. This should print a test pattern If the Printer will not print a test pattern then replace the Printer If the Printer does print a test pattern, but will not print data correctly then replace the Printer Cable and or the Digital Predg board |
