| 1. Check that the Float Switch is free to move up and down Check the connector at JP2 on the Ajunc board for loose connection or a broken wire. Check between TP8 and TP1 for a DC voltage of 0 to 1 volt if the water level in the reservoir is acceptable and 3.5 to 5 volts if the level is too low. If the readings are correct but the indicator light is still opposite of the Float Switch then the problem is with the Digital Predg board or the Flat Cable between the Predg and Ajunc boards. Inspect the Flat Cable for loose connectors and bent or broken pins. Insure a good connection when reconnecting the Flat Cable If the problem is still not corrected then replace the Digital Predg board. If the readings are reversed then the Float Switch is upside down and needs to be turned around. |
