| 1. Thermostat is activated |

Solutions |
| 1. Check the unit is receiving the correct voltage |
| 2. Check the water sensor is clean |
| 3. Check the autoclave is filled with proper amount of water |
| 4. Check the Cut-Out thermostat is installed properly (see next question) |
| 5. Check the autoclave is not leaking water or steam |
| 6. Check the termperature settings |
| 7. Replace the Thermostat |
