| Reasons |
| 1. Sometime, it shows FAIL on the screen, after the machine runs a while |
| 2. Mostly this problem is coming from the door. The customer did not close the door properly and tightly. If this FAIL message on the screen coming randomly, here I means in any possible time, such as: Heating, Sterilizing or even Drying, the first job, you need to check is its Door Switch, to make sure there is a good position when the door is closed. |
| 3. Delta 8 or Delta 10, or Validators, the Pelton & Crane full automatic sterilizers, please check the door switch position first for the FAIL problem. |
