Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Model of Sterilizer:
Problem Title:
M9/M11 Sterilizers Failures
Problem Description:
M9/M11 Sterilizers Failures
Reasons
1. M9 M11 sterilizers:

Sometimes you will find that the machine automatically turn off while it is in heating or sterilizing period. The machine completely off. After you un-plug and re-plug the power supply, the machine will be still off.

Wait about 15 minutes, then the machine power up again. The reason is the overheat protection triggered.
2. There are many ways to trigger the overheat protection. The reason is the chamber runs out of water, then the chamber wall temperature will raise too high.

Trouble shooting:

Start one cycle, when the temperature rise before 212 F degree, check the reservoir to see there is a steam coming out or not. The steam should only come out from the bellow. If the steam also come out from the cooling pipe or bottom of reservior, that means the Vent solenoid or Fill solenoid does not close tightly.
3. I met a case, the vent solenoid had a leak, which caused the machine run out of water inside the chamber. Fix the problem after replace the vent solenoid
