Problem Description:
Recently picked up a Prestige Century 2100 (large oven type not pressure cooker type) Door was shut during transportation and access cannot be gained to chamber now. Light panel reads 'door' when door button is pressed. |

| 1. It seems the door position switch does not work |

Solutions |
| 1. Mostly the problem is caused by the door switch, which can not be activated after the door closed, because of the damage of the door in the shipping. Probably the door position switch is still good, just check to make sure it can be activated when the door is closed. |
