Sterilizer Manufacturer:
ALFA Medical Equipment
Model of Sterilizer:
COX Dry Sterilizer
Problem Title:
Cox sterilizer won't turn on -
Problem Description:
Our sterilizer heated up to approximately 252 degrees this morning, and then shut itself off. It won't turn on again. I pulled out the documentation for it and found a couple of fuses in the file. Is it possible we just need to replace a fuse? No one saw an error message before it shut down.

Thank you!
Reasons
1. Mostly the problem is from the fuse, if there is no error message shows up.

Solutions

1. Mostly the problem is from the fuse, if there is no error message, because there is no main power to the machine.

1) On the backside of the machine, use a screw driver to take the fuse out, check its ohm value. It should be near 0 ohm. If the fuse damage, its ohm value should be very big, or no value.

2) If the problem is from the fuse, replace the fuse. If not, a factory service needed, then probably the fuse on the heating element is out of work.
