Problem Description:
Just bought a used 10" Pelton and Crane OCR Omniclave sterilizer by Pelton and Crane. Upon arrival and unpacking I can't open the door. What to do? |
| Reasons |
| 1. Most likely the sterilizer wasn't packed well during shipping, and it got banged around. |

Solutions |
| 1. If the sterilizer wasn't banged around too badly, try this: 1. Hold the door handle firmly. 2. With you thumb press on the upper part of the hadnle 3. With your left hand press on the door (in the middle) 4. while doing the top 3 points, left the door handle upwards HARD. If the above won't work, you're in for some technical work that can be done by a sterilizer repair guy only. We can have someone local stop by and fix it for you. Call me to find out when it can be done, and what the cost might be. |
