Problem Description:
Dear sirs: We have a problem with a TUTTNAUER 3850 M Sterilizer. Some packages with clothes are burning during sterilization . We are working with 273 ( 2 bar ) and 45 – 55 minutes of sterilization time. We have realized this problem is frequently with big packages, but not always. | 1. Make sure you have enough water inside the chamber before you start running it. 1) Cloth consumes more water than regular medical device. 2) 45 minutes is also pretty long. If you must to run 45 minutes, you need have more water inside the chamber. 3) You have M (this is a mechanical) Tuttnauer, adjust the 2 front side screws to make sure the front side UP a little, in this way, it allows you to feed more water inside the chamber. |
