Problem Description:
I do not know how and where exactly put the spore testing device. Some guys put them inside the tubes or flasks resembling the conditions the culture media might receive. Others put the Attest or Sterikon spores outside the flasks where the steam is easier to reach. Is there a consensus how and where to put the Geobacillus test devices? If I put the device inside the tubes or flasks, the spores are not killed. If I put Outside the flask near them, the spores are killed. I am overprotecting the spores? |
