M7 Speedclave not working properly |

Problem Description:
Hi this is J.B.the Piercer I bought a refurbished M7 from u in Nov. 2006, the unit is not coming up to temp 265 degrees for 15 min. the over flow is steeming not alowing unit to work properly.I think the Barnes&Jones Part type D 0-80 PSIG 6baror my research part # D222 is faulty.
