The Pelton Crane Auto Clave is blowing steam out the door and burning the cloth inside of the sterilizer. It smells like burned marshmellows. This sterilizer was puchase in February 07 and is still under warranty. Our customer # is URO004. The serial # of the machine is 84-11541. Could you please assist.
