Problem Description:
error code 26 keeps coming up and inst. are not getting sterilized machine is sitting level on counter top, and no kinks in the water hose. |

| 1. The chamber and steam generator (boiler) temperature were 2C degree apart fro at least 10 seconds during sterilization |

Solutions |
| 1. End user repair: check the exhaust seal screen, clean or replace as needed. |
| 2. Field Service Tech Repair: CAlbirate boilder. If the problem persists, replace and calibrate boilder |
