Statim will not start |

Problem Description:
The sterilizer will not start its cycle. When it tells us to choose a cycle, we choose wrapped, or even unwrapped, push start and the faulty error is: Insert cassette. I have tried turning it off and unplugging, but it does not work. |

| 1. Mostly the problem is from the cassette position switch. If this switch is loose or out of work, the machine will not 'See' the cassette is located in its position, even it is physically put in |
