Sterilizer Manufacturer:
Market Forge
Model of Sterilizer:
Market Forge STM-EL
Problem Title:
Wiring
Problem Description:
We have acquired a second hand Market Forge autoclave, Model STM-EL (208/240V) and want to electrically install it. We have 4 black wires and 1 green coming out of the unit. We plan to install it into a three-phase circuit breaker. One of the 4 black wires is the return that needs to go to the bus in the breaker box, but I don’t know which. Could you send me a wiring diagram for this unit possibly via fax?

Thank you for your assistance,

Solutions

1. Yes. the market forge sterilizer can work on both 3 wires or 4 wires , i.e. Delta or Star diagram. It is very easy to convert to each other.

Normally on the backside of the power connect cover, it has a wiring diagram, which shows you how to set the machine work on 3 wires or 4 wires. Remember you should be very carefully, following the Numbered wires (there are number on each wire).

You need a certificated electric technician to do it. If you need more help you can get a technical manual from the following site:

The technical information is just to help sterilizer users as reference to do their trouble shooting.
no guarranty implied. For each specific technical help to do with sterilizers
